Lynn needed to sell to move into sheltered accommodation. This was a particularly stressful time for her and there were many horror stories of people in her position being exploited. The last thing she needed was the stress that comes with dealing with all the different parties in a house sale and endure any delays/complications. JPB took all these worries away.
